Decision: It is in the discretion of the Master whether his lodge shall join in the funeral procession of a brother whose remains are to be buried by a Chapter or Commandery.

Decision: No additional specifications can be made after the accused has been served with copy of charges. If such are needed new charges must be made, and a copy served on the accused in due form.

Decision: A member of a lodge having stated in his petition for the degrees that he had not before applied for initiation, when in fact he had been rejected in another State, should be tried for unmasonic conduct, in that he has knowingly and wilfully deceived the lodge.

Decision: An affirmation can be administered instead of an oath to any person who refuses, on conscientious grounds, to take the latter.
