Decision: I have decided that a Past Grand Master of this jurisdiction may wear the Choker and Past Grand Master’s Medallion (commonly referred to as the “dinner jewel”), at any Blue Lodge or Grand Lodge function, or at any time where the Past Grand Master may be recognized and the pocket jewel would be inappropriate

Decision: I have decided that the Grand Hailing Sign will be included in the closing of a Lodge of Master Masons following the Due Guard and Sign of the Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft and Master Mason (identical to the opening of a Lodge of Master Masons)
