The clothing of an officer of the Grand Lodge shall be a white lambskin apron, edged with purple and trimmed with bullion, white gloves, and a chain of gold or yellow metal, from which shall be suspended the proper jewel of office.

All other members of the Grand Lodge shall wear a white lambskin apron, edged with purple, and the Masters and Wardens of subordinate lodges, or proxies appointed by them, shall also wear their official jewels, and permanent members of the Grand Lodge having jewels are requested to wear the same at all communications of the Grand Lodge.

The jewels of the Grand Officers shall be as follows:

• a. Grand Master - the compasses extended to 45° with the segment of a circle at the points, and a gold plate included, on which is represented an eye eradiated, with a triangle, also eradiated.
• b. Deputy Grand Master - the Square and Compasses united, with a five-pointed star in the center.
• c. Senior Grand Warden - the level.
• d. Junior Grand Warden - the plumb.
• e. Grand Treasurer - crossed keys.
• f. Grand Secretary - crossed pens.
• g. Assistant Grand Secretary - single pen.
• h. District Deputy Grand Masters - the compasses extended to 45¡ with the segment of a circle at the points, with a crescent moon in the center.
• i. Grand Chaplain - open Bible.
• j. Grand Marshal - crossed rods.
• k. Grand Lecturer - forty-seventh problem of Euclid.
• l. Director of Masonic Education - the Lamp of Knowledge.
• m. Forum Director - Square and Compasses with two columns and sun radiating beams of light.
• n. Grand Historian - open book.
• o. Grand Curator/Librarian - crossed key & feather.
• p. Grand Deacons - dove and olive branch.
• q. Grand Stewards - cornucopia.
• r. Grand Sword Bearer - crossed swords.
• s. Grand Pursuivant - a rod and a sword crossed, bearing arms of the Grand Lodge.
• t. Grand Musical Director - lyre.
• u. Grand Standard Bearer - a banner hanging from a crossed staff.
• v. Grand Tiler - sword.

The jewels of the Grand Officers, excepting those of the Grand Master, the Deputy Grand Master, and the District Deputy Grand Masters, shall be enclosed within a wreath.

The Grand Lodge will inter with Masonic honors, any deceased Grand Officer or Past Grand Officer, upon request made by the deceased or his relatives, and upon receiving timely notice thereof.

Special committees of the Grand Lodge, unless otherwise ordered at the time of their appointment, shall report their proceedings in writing, at the communication next ensuing. The brother first named upon the committee shall be chairman thereof, and shall notify the remaining members of their appointment, and of the time and place of their meeting. When the membership of a special committee or board is elected or appointed for a term of years, the chairman for the time being or the senior member, if there be no chairman, shall call the committee or board together for organization as soon after the Annual Communication of Grand Lodge as possible. For all purposes, a majority of the committee shall constitute a quorum.

This jurisdiction shall be divided into Masonic Districts, each of which shall be under the charge of a District Deputy Grand Master. The several districts shall be designated and the deputies assigned by the Grand Master after his installation.

No officer of the Grand or subordinate lodges shall be installed by proxy, nor shall any officer elect perform the duties of the office to which he shall be elected until he shall have been duly installed.

No Subordinate Lodge shall receive a petition for the Degrees of Freemasonry from an applicant who has not attained the age of 18 years.
