Ordered: That the charter of What Cheer Lodge No. 21, now of Cranston, State of Rhode Island, be amended to allow a change in location of said lodge to East Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island. All other provisions incorporated in the original charter are hereby continued in effect.
