2.3.7 Duties of the tiler

The Tiler shall not admit as a visitor any member of a lodge in this jurisdiction unless the card of such member shows that his dues have been paid in full to within one year from date of presentation, or that he has been exempted from the payment of dues to a date within one year from date of presentation, and, in either case, that all assessments due were paid at the date of issue.
