1.2.4 Procedure for election

The election of Grand Officers shall be held on the day of the Semi-Annual Communication. No nomination shall be made, but each brother that is entitled to vote shall deposit his ballot with the name of his candidate hand written thereon. A majority of the ballots cast shall be necessary for a choice.
