2.4.3 Reversal or abrogation of decision

Whenever the Grand Lodge shall reverse or abrogate the decision of a subordinate lodge, or of the Commissioners of Trials, suspending or expelling a brother, and shall restore him to the benefits and privileges of Masonry, without ordering a new trial, he shall not thereby be restored to membership in the lodge from which he was suspended or expelled, without its unanimous consent.
